    Kelsey brings nearly two decades of experience leading transformation from the inside out—both as a senior executive and as a business owner. Before founding Day1, she built functions from scratch, navigated crises, and led major initiatives across strategy, operations, and people.

    That firsthand experience means Kelsey understands the pressure leaders face—whether it’s making payroll, managing investors, or untangling legacy processes while keeping the wheels turning. She’s not just a consultant; she’s walked in similar shoes. Clients trust her to lead with precision and empathy, bridging big-picture strategy with on-the-ground execution.
