Kelsey Boyd
Founder & CEO
Kelsey founded Day1 after nearly two decades leading organizational transformation from the inside — as a senior executive, an operator inside scaling organizations, and a business owner. Across staffing, HR technology, professional services, and B2B SaaS, she has built functions from the ground up, led enterprise transformations, navigated crisis moments, and executed programs across people, process, and technology.
That experience built the conviction behind Day1: sustainable scale requires people, process, and technology working as one system, not three separate silos. Founders don't need more advice. They need a partner who can translate vision into a sequenced execution plan, own the outcomes, and build the capability the business needs to carry the work forward.
Kelsey partners directly with founders and executive teams at high-stakes moments — failed implementations, leadership gaps, stalled initiatives, growth inflection points, and exit preparation. Tarlyn Campbell
Head of Taskforce Delivery
Tarlyn leads Taskforce delivery at Day1, overseeing engagement operations and the deployment of specialist bench resources across client work. With nearly two decades translating strategy into execution across manufacturing, supply chain, retail, CPG, agri-tech, cannabis, and technology-enabled services, she brings a rare combination of structure, speed, and executional precision.
Her background includes enterprise systems implementations, product development frameworks, ERP rollouts, Lean manufacturing initiatives, and large-scale operational transformations. She has held senior-level roles in business solutions, product management, PMO, and operations, leading regulated-industry systems implementations, production scale-up initiatives, and cross-functional technology adoption.
At Day1, Tarlyn ensures clients' bold visions don't stay on the whiteboard — they become reality. Executive teams rely on her steady leadership, her ability to keep cross-functional teams aligned, and her discipline in driving execution without sacrificing quality.
